CorpDir is an easy-to-use tool meant to replace traditional or less advanced electronic corporate directories for PC’s or IP phones. It reduces the time spent on contact searches and saves you the hassle of keying in long call numbers on the keypad of your phone.

You can search by name or phone number or even fractions of a keyword, even if you cannot recall the last name of the person or if it was not entered accurately in the central directory of your company. One single click on the phone number next to the search result will initiate a call from the phone the search was made from (provided that it has calling privileges and the PBX supports this feature).

The software handles contacts within and outside the company separately because the built-in invoicing functions enable you to upload and export contact data to your company’s invoicing system from within CorpDir Enterprise.
